Description of Specimen
There are a number of considerably enlarged, discrete lymph nodes with an homogenous cut
surface.
History
This man presented at the age of 52 with two basal cell carcinomas in the skin of his
chest. Enlarged lymph nodes were noted in the right axilla. No other lesions were present. The
histology of the lymph nodes is that of a follicular lymphoma. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy
were given.
